^Post-processed 1080p rendering
An original project inspired by geometric iteration, light, and fog. The final 1080p image took 13 HOURS to render on my laptop overnight with 6 external cooling fans; good thing I didn’t go for 4K.
Some key features and rendering parameters:
- Array modifier
- Volumetric fog
- Depth of field
- Cycles engine
- 3000 ray tracing samples

H3 How it was made
The centre cubes are basically a bunch of cube wireframes made by using the array modifier.
Cube fragments are done using the build modifier with randomisation turned on.
